Double drabble, 200 words.
It took me awhile to share this one. It's open to many interpretations, and I like it that way.

Pale light shimmers, watery and receding, at the edges of Billy’s vision. He wants to hold onto it, to follow the fading sparkles with unfocused eyes that drift despite him, rolling lazily behind thick and heavy lashes. Billy tries to turn his head, his neck bent and awkward on the back of the seat, and the lights spin dizzily with the effort. The glassy heat in his veins has turned chilly and numb, the deafening rush bled out into a humming stupor, a tingling memory in his twitching, unresponsive limbs. His lips part wider, groping in the dark, and he pushes out a cracked whisper.

“Please…”

The air swells into his lungs when the weight lifts from his chest. Billy watches the light scatter and coalesce, absorbed in the matte pallor of Dominic’s face, glittering on the red wetness of his mouth. His smile brings a lingering pulse and Billy’s eyes roll back entirely, throat taut and arching upwards until the weight returns and he succumbs with a desperate shudder.

“Soon, Billy,” Dom says, teeth dragging lightly over old scars and fresh wounds. “Soon.”

Billy moans without sound, and goes lax with the light spinning slowly behind his closing eyes.
